Aloha Friday

See complete details about Aloha Friday here. In this we ask a simple question which doesn't require a lengthy answer. It is good if you post a question on your blog too and let people answer your question too. This is a good way to make new bloggy friends.

Question for this week is what I've asked in my previous post that: What is the best learning activity for one year old kid? Give me your suggestions

Princess Nagger always seemed to love anything with lights and sound - especially the musical kind. :)

"Roughing It": Camping or Motel?

Water play. My daughter would be in the water 24 hours a day if I would let her! She loves to try and figure out just how to catch it!

Just normal play. Let them play with their toys. if they have friends, they'll play beside them but not really with them.

take them oustide to run around and splash in a little pool. Blow bubbles while they watch and try to catch them.

Give them chalk to write on a board or outside on the deck etc.

Exploration is a good idea too. Allow them to hold different things of different textures and size and shape.

I would just be sure to talk to your child a lot. Point out what everything is. Say the name, shape, color, etc.
